Do I have to pay sales tax?

You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse, currently in Idaho.

When will my credit card be charged?

There are 2 options available to merchants to charge a credit card. These are called: "Authorize and Capture", or "Purchase." Authorize and Capture is what happens at a restaurant when your card is "Authorized" for an amount, but you have the opportunity to add a tip. Then the merchant 'Captures' the total including the tip.

A "Purchase" is what happens at a department store, when your card is run during checkout at the cash register. Your credit card is validated and charged in one operation.

Currently, we use the "Purchase" method at the time when you complete an order.

I have a question on my charges.

Click the "My Account" link at the top left hand side of our site, then "My Orders" to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
