Has my order shipped?

An email is sent when your order is shipped and closed.

Click the link next to My Account at the top left (under the forest), then click on My Orders to see if your order has been shipped and closed.

How do I return an item?

Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item.

I received the wrong product.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

Can I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Once an order has been submitted, your card is charged. Changes will have to be made by phone with Customer Service.

How do I track my order?

If a tracking number is included in the email that is sent to you when your order is shipped, you can use it to track your order.

For UPS shipments (our default shipper) Click here and enter the tracking number.

There are problems with my order.

If an item is missing, has the wrong quantity, is missing parts, or there is any other problem with your order, please contact Customer Service for assistance.

How much is my shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

When will my order ship?

After placing your order, you may click the "My Account" link at the top left hand side of our site, then "My Orders" to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped with tracking information if applicable.
